Russian Tourist Visa Service
1. Passport
You must provide your original, signed passport along with a copy of the personal information page. Your passport must:

Be valid for at least six months beyond the requested visa’s expiration date

Contain at least two blank visa pages (amendments and endorsement pages do not count)
2. Passport photo
Submit one passport photo of the child that meets official requirements:
- Color photo
- White background
- Taken within last 6 months
- No hats or filters
- Eyes open and facing forward

Infant photos are allowed but must still meet size and background rules.
3. Russian invitation (Voucher)
Provide a copy of the tourist voucher (invitation) issued by a tourist company or hotel in Russia that is approved by the Ministry of Tourism.

4. Visa Application Form

Complete the visa application online, then print and sign it. [Click here to fill out your application online.]

When starting your application, write down your Application ID and Password and include them in your submission package.
5. Authorization Letter

Provide a notarized letter authorizing our company to submit and collect your Russian visa on your behalf.

The letter must be notarized to be valid.
6. For Non-U.S. Citizens
Provide a copy of your legal status in the U.S. (e.g., visa, green card, or other official documentation).
