Russian Private Visa

1. PASSPORT
You must provide your original, signed passport along with a copy of the personal information page. Your passport must:

• Be valid for at least six months beyond the requested visa’s expiration date

• Contain at least two blank visa pages (amendments and endorsement pages do not count)

Submit one passport photo of the child that meets official requirements:

3. RUSSIAN INVITATION LETTER 

Provide a NOTARIZED letter of invitation from a Russian citizen. Please click here to see the sample letters below if your host is currently in the United States.
The letter must be written in Russian and include the following information:

Information about the inviting party (host):

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Sex

• Citizenship

• Passport number

• Address of registration

• Residential address

Information about the applicant:

• Full name (in both Russian and English)

• Date of birth

• Sex

• Citizenship

• Passport number

• Residential address

The letter must also:

• Specifically request a “3-year multiple-entry private visa for the period dd/mm/yyyy – dd/mm/yyyy”
  (Example: 01 June 2026 – 31 May 2029)

• State the purpose of travel, cities to be visited, and address of stay

4. RUSSIAN HOST PASSPORT

You must provide a copy of your Russian host’s internal passport, including the page showing their registration stamp (propiska).

5. VISA APPLICATION FORM
Applicants must complete the visa application online, print it, and sign it. [Click here to fill out your application online.]
When starting your application, be sure to write down your Application ID and Password and include them in your submission package.

6. AUTHORIZATION LETTER
The applicant must provide a notarized letter authorizing our company to submit and collect their Russian visa on their behalf. The letter must be notarized to be valid.

• 8 business days processing, consulate fee $185, service fee $379
• 12 business days processing, consulate fee $185, service fee $279
• 18 business days processing, consulate fee $185, service fee $179

9. PLACE ORDER
