RUSSIAN PRIVATE VISA

1. PASSPORT
You must provide your original, signed passport along with a copy of the personal information page. Your passport must:

  • Be valid for at least six months beyond the requested visa’s expiration date

  • Contain at least two blank visa pages (amendments and endorsement pages do not count)

2. PASSPORT PHOTO
Submit one passport photo of the child that meets official requirements:

  • Color photo
  • White background
  • Taken within last 6 months
  • No hats or filters
  • Eyes open and facing forward
  • Infant photos are allowed but must still meet size and background rules.

3. RUSSIAN INVITATION 
Applicants must provide an invitation in one of the following ways:

a. Official Invitation

  • An official invitation issued by the Russian Federation.

b. Invitation from a Russian Citizen in the U.S.

  • A Russian citizen residing in the U.S. can issue the invitation. [Click here to see the format.]

  • The letter should be addressed to the Consulate of Russia on behalf of the applicant (relative, friend, spouse, or minor).

  • Supporting documents from the inviter must include:

    1. A copy of the inviter’s Russian internal passport

    2. A copy of the registration stamp inside the passport

    3. A copy of the marriage certificate or child’s birth certificate (if applicable)

c. Information Required in the Invitation

  • Applicant’s full name (last, middle, first), gender, date of birth, and citizenship

  • Visa type and multiplicity

  • Passport number

  • Purpose of the trip and visa duration (e.g., for a three-year visa: Entry 23/08/2026 – Departure 22/08/2029)

  • Host’s proposed address in Russia

  • Proposed cities to visit

4. VISA APPLICATION FORM
Applicants must complete the visa application online, print it, and sign it. 
When starting your application, be sure to write down your Application ID and Password and include them in your submission package.

5. AUTHORIZATION LETTER
The applicant must provide a notarized letter authorizing our company to submit and collect their Russian visa on their behalf. The letter must be notarized to be valid. [Click here to download the letter.] 

6. FOR NON-US CITIZEN
Must provide a copy of legal status in the US:

  • 8 business days processing, government fee $185, service fee $349
  • 12 business days processing, government fee $185, service fee $249
  • 18 business days processing, government fee $185, service fee $179

8. PLACE ORDER
Click here to complete the order form in full. You will be prompted to enter your personal details, order information, and payment information. Once everything is entered, click “Submit Order.” Your completed order form will be generated — please print it and sign where required.

9. SHIP DOCUMENTS
Send your completed document package to the address shown at the top of your order confirmation.
