Russian Business Visa

1. PASSPORT
You must provide your original, signed passport along with a copy of the personal information page. Your passport must:

• Be valid for at least six months beyond the requested visa’s expiration date

• Contain at least two blank visa pages (amendments and endorsement pages do not count)

3. RUSSIAN BUSINESS INVITATION 
If you are applying for a Russian business visa, an official invitation from Russia is required. This invitation is essential for a successful visa application.

4. VISA APPLICATION FORM

When starting your application, be sure to write down your Application ID and Password and include them in your submission package.

5. AUTHORIZATION LETTER
The applicant must provide a notarized letter authorizing our company to submit and collect their Russian visa on their behalf. The letter must be notarized to be valid.

• 18 business days processing, consulate fee $185, service fee $179
