Passport and Visa Specialists LLC is a private company and is not affiliated with any U.S. government agency or department. We assist customers by simplifying the application process for passports and visas and connect them with registered hand-carry couriers for expedited delivery.
Customers may also apply directly through official government channels, such as the U.S. Department of State, at standard government fees. Our service charges do not include any government filing, application, or photography fees.
1. Our Role and Fees
We are a private passport and travel document assistance service, separate from any government agency. Our fees cover our support services only. Government filing fees, photo charges, and other official costs are not included in our service fee and are typically non-refundable by law.
2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours
If you cancel your order within 24 hours (one business day) of purchase and we have not yet reserved an appointment slot or otherwise secured processing capacity on your behalf, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fees paid.
3. Orders Under Manifest or After 24 Hours
Once your order has been put “under manifest” — meaning a representative has secured a limited-capacity spot with an agency or consulate — no refunds will be issued. Similarly, if more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase, the service fee is not refundable.
However, if your cancelled order is ineligible for a refund, it will remain valid for 12 months from the original purchase date. You may use this existing order within that time period or transfer it to a friend or family member at no extra cost.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are always non-refundable once an order has been placed:

Additionally, we do not offer refunds for issues outside our control, including flight cancellations, travel delays, changes in official requirements, shipping delays, or errors in information submitted by the customer.
5. Return of Materials
If you receive any physical materials from us (for example, shipping labels or application kits) and request a cancellation within the allowable period, you must return these items if asked. Failure to return them may affect your eligibility for a refund within the 24-hour window.
6. Delays Due to External Events
We are not responsible for service delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, global health crises, government closures, or other extraordinary circumstances. While we will attempt to minimize the impact of such events, we cannot guarantee processing times.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact our billing department during regular business hours (Eastern Time). Our office is closed on weekends and national holidays. Refund requests will be reviewed and handled as quickly as possible.
8. Maximum Liability
Our service performance and liability are limited to the total amount of the service fees you have paid. We do not provide any other warranty, expressed or implied, beyond what is expressly stated in this policy.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Handling
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from this policy must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Houston, Texas. You may also choose to contact your local consumer protection agency for assistance.
