Document Pre Check Service

Preparing a visa application can be confusing, and even small mistakes or missing documents can delay the process. To help clients avoid these issues,  we offers our Application Pre-Check service. This service allows you to save time and ensure your application is complete. Experienced Express Travel visa specialists will review your scanned documents, confirming whether your application is ready for submission or if any corrections are needed.

How the Application Pre-Check Works

  1. Complete your application form and gather all required documents.

  2. Place your visa order online and add the Application Pre-Check service to your order. 

  3. Scan your completed application and documents.

  4. Email your documents along with your order number to: info@passportvisaspecialists.com

  • Documents submitted before 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday will be reviewed within three hours, and a response will be sent to the contact listed on your order.

  • Documents received after 4:00 PM will be reviewed by 11:00 AM the next business day.

Service Fee

  • $29.00 per application

Terms of Use

By submitting your documents for Application Pre-Check, you agree to the following in addition to the standard Express Travel Visa Terms and Conditions:

  1. The passport information page must be included with all other required documents.

  2. Express Travel Visa will only check your application if all required documents are submitted. You must place an online order and provide your order confirmation ID.

  3. The Application Pre-Check fee is non-refundable and is charged once documents are received and reviewed.

  4. Pre-checked applications must be sent to our office within five business days. Submissions after this period may no longer comply with Embassy/Consulate requirements.

  5. The Pre-Check service does not guarantee visa approval or issuance, which is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate. Additional documents may be requested, and visa denial does not qualify for a refund.
