China Family Visa

1. PASSPORT
You must submit your original, signed passport. Your passport must:

• Be valid for at least six months beyond the requested visa’s expiration date.
• Contain at least two blank visa pages for the visa stamp (amendments and endorsement pages do not count).

2. PREPARE DIGITAL FILES FOR ONLINE CHINA VISA APPLICATION
You will need the following digital files:

• Passport data page – A photo of the page containing your personal information and photo.

• Blank visa pages – A photo showing at least two blank visa pages in your passport.

• Invitation letter & Host ID – Your family member must provide an invitation letter and a copy of the host’s Chinese ID (front and back) or residence permit. The letter must include your personal details, travel dates, your relationship to the host, and the address where you will stay in China.

• Proof of residence – A photo of your driver’s license or a utility bill.

• Previous Chinese visa – A copy of any previous Chinese visa and the data page of your previous passport (if applicable).

Requirements for Minors:

• Copy of birth certificate

• Copies of passports for both parents

For Non-U.S. Citizens:

• Provide proof of legal status in the U.S.

3. COMPLETE ONLINE VISA APPLICATION
Before You Begin Your China Visa Application.
Ensure you have prepared all required digital files (see item No. 2 above) before starting your application.
Important: Do not click the “Submit the Application” button (Step 10) when completing your online application. Instead, provide us with your account email and password so we can review and process your application.

For 6-8 Day Expedited Service:

• Complete your China visa application.

• Select North America → New York

• Create an online account, complete the visa application form, and upload all required documents.

• Do not click “Submit” at the end of the form.

For 10-, 15-, or 20- Day Service:
Select your online application location based on your driver’s license state:

• Washington, DC: AR, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, KY, LA, MD, MS, MT, NC, ND, NH, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WY

• New York: AZ, AK, CT, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VT, WI

• San Francisco: AK, CA, NV, OR, WA

• Create an online account, complete the visa application form, and upload all required documents.

• Multiple applicants can be included in a single account.

• Provide our agent with your account login information (email and password) so we can review and process all applications.

4. PROOF OF RESIDENCY
Submit a document verifying your current residential address, such as a driver’s license or a utility bill. Minors without a driver’s license may provide a copy of a parent’s driver’s license.

5. PREVIOUS CHINESE VISA:
If you have been granted a China visa in the past, you must provide a copy of the most recent issued China visa. If the visa is not located in your current passport, you must submit a copy of the passport containing the previous China visa.

6. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FORMER CHINESE CITIZENS:
First time applicants who were born in China must submit original Chinese passport , a copy of the naturalization certificate and any name change documents, such as marriage certificate.

8. PLCAE ORDER

9. SHIP DOCUMENTS
Please send a printed copy of your Order Form along with all required documents to the address listed at the top of your order confirmation.
