3. COMPLETE ONLINE VISA APPLICATION
Before You Begin Your China Visa Application.
Ensure you have prepared all required digital files (see item No. 2 above) before starting your application.

A. For 6-8 Day Expedited Service:

B. If f you live in the following states: AZ, AK, CA, CO, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, ND, NM, NV, OR, SD, UT, VT, WA, WI, WY.

C. If you plan to use our 10-day, 15-day, or 20-day service and do not live in the states listed above, you must click here to create an online account (please read the instructions below before you start), complete the visa application form, and upload the required documents.
Select your online application location based on your driver’s license state, 
Important: Do not click the “Submit the Application” button (Step 10) when completing your online application. Instead, provide us with your account email and password so we can review and process your application.

• Washington, DC: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, KY, LA, MD, MS, NC, OK, PR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV

• New York: CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VT

• Create an online account, complete the visa application form, and upload all required documents.

• Multiple applicants can be included in a single account.

• Provide our agent with your account login information (email and password) so we can review and process all applications.

4. INVITATION LETTER 
Provide a business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in China.

The letter must:

• Be printed on official company letterhead

• Be addressed to “The Consulate of China, Visa Section”

• Be signed by a senior manager

• Be stamped with the company seal

The letter must include the following information:

Applicant’s Personal Information:

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Passport details

• Job title

Trip Details:

• Nature of the business activities (e.g., business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.)

• Dates of the visit

• Names and addresses of the companies to be contacted in China

5. PREVIOUS CHINESE VISA:
If you have been granted a China visa in the past, you must provide a copy of the most recent issued China visa. If the visa is not located in your current passport, you must submit a copy of the passport containing the previous China visa.

6. PROCESSING TIME & FEES

• 20 business days processing, consulate fee $140, service fee $179

• 15 business days processing, consulate fee $140, service fee $279

• 10 business days processing, consulate fee $160, service fee $379

• 6-8 business days processing, consulate fee $170, service fee $499

9. PLACE ORDER

10. SHIP DOCUMENTS
Please send a printed copy of your Order Form along with all required documents to the address listed at the top of your order confirmation.
